Either Youor We may terminate your membership by removing your profile, at anytime, for any reason, with or without explanation, effective uponsending written or email notice to the other party. Upon suchtermination by Us without cause, We shall refund, pro rata, any unusedportion of any subscription payments that We have received from You, ifany. In the event that (a) You terminate your subscription or membershipor (b) We determine, in our sole discretion, that You have violated thisAgreement. You shall not be entitled to nor shall We be liable to Youfor any refund of any unused portion of any subscription payments the Wehave received from You, and We may continue to bar Your use of theService in the future. Even after membership is terminated, thisAgreement will remain in effect.

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS:

You represent and warrant to Us that the information posted inYour profile including Your photograph are posted by You and that Youare the exclusive author of Your profile and the exclusive owner of Yourphotographs. You assign to Us, with full title guarantee, all copyrightin Your profile and your photographs posted, at any time, in connectionwith Your use of the Service. You waive absolutely any and all moralrights to be identified as author of Your profile and owner of Yourphotograph and any similar rights in any jurisdiction in the world. Inaddition, other Members may post copyrighted information, which hascopyright protection, whether or not it is identified as copyrighted.Except for that information which is in the public domain or for whichYou have been given express written permission, You will not copy,modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell anysuch proprietary information. By posting information, photographs orcontent on any Service, You automatically grant, and You represent andwarrant that You have the right to grant, to Us and other members, freeof charge, an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free,fully-paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, promote,publish and distribute such information, content and photographs and toprepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, suchinformation and content, and to grant and authorize sub-licenses of theforegoing.

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE:

As a Member,You agree that:

We reserve the right, but We have noobligation, to reject any profile or photo that does not comply with theprohibitions set forth in this section and, to the extent that Wedetermine, in Our sole discretion, to do so, You shall not be entitledto a refund of any unused subscription payments that We have receivedfrom You.

(3) Email communications sent from Us or through Us aredesigned to make your online personals experience enjoyable. By becominga member, You specifically agree to accept and consent to receivingemail communications initiated from Us or through Us including, withoutlimitation: message notification emails, Your Match emails, emailsinforming you about events and parties We organize, emails informing Youof promotions We run and emails informing You of changes to the Service.Should You not wish to receive any of Our email communications, pleasedo not register with Us for the Service.

(4) You agree that Wehave no responsibility or liability for the deletion, corruption orfailure to store any messages or other content maintained or transmittedby Our Service.
